By the very nature of the work we do our response times are crucial and must be kept to a minimum for us to maintain our high levels of customer service, as well as our commitment to safety. As such our guaranteed response times, operated on a traffic light system are as follows:
? RED: within 1 hour
AMBER: same day
GREEN: within 48 hours
Planned maintenance tasks are completed within 5 days or as per request from client.
